This event honors the life and legacy of Cynthia Graham Hurd, the former manager of the Hurd/St. Andrews Library. Mrs. Hurd dedicated 31 years of service to the Charleston County Public Library before her life was tragically taken in the Mother Emanuel Church mass shooting on June 17, 2015. Her passion for literacy, community service, and helping others continues to inspire, and this event is a tribute to her lasting impact. Stop by and see our table and help us celebrate her legacy.
